Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform
Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks
Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
Misuse referral programs or impersonate another person or entity
Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be referred to appropriate authorities.
All content, design, software, trademarks, and branding associated with Rabbit Funding are the exclusive property of Rabbit Funding LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any materials from this platform without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabbit Funding is not liable for:
Delayed, denied, or missed funding opportunities
Errors or losses resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the applicant
Failures by third-party lenders, partners, or telecom carriers
Technical issues arising from your device, browser, or network connection
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
